Night of the Chefs is a fundraiser to help Everybody Wins! CT continue to
provide reading enrichment programs to students in the greater Hartford
area and to expand our programs to more schools. This year’s event promises
to be a fun-filled and rewarding evening featuring:

	A live Cooking Competition among American Culinary Federation accredited schools, judged by professional chefs
	A Cake Decorating display with entries from local culinary schools and community colleges, judged by professional pastry chefs
	Food and Beverage stations hosted by a variety of restaurateurs, caterers, vintners, microbrewers, and distributors
	A Silent Auction of enticing products, services, and unique items

There are many opportunities to participate in the Night of the
Chefs event:

	Be a sponsor at the Executive Chef, Chef de Cuisine, Sous Chef, or Saucier level. This is an opportunity to be recognized as a good corporate citizen and provide your employees and customers with tickets to a fantastic evening.
	Host a station. The more restaurants, caterers, wineries and microbreweries that showcase their products, the better! What a great opportunity to see what others are doing in the field. It’s also a wonderful way to meet students who may be prospective employees.
	Donate a silent auction item. Advertise your product or services in a unique way – and with added tax benefits.
	Volunteer your time. Enjoy a fun evening while helping Everybody Wins! at the registration table, setting up the silent auction, or any number of other ways.
	Buy individual tickets! Don’t miss out on this premier event.
