Everybody Wins! CT currently offers two programs through partnerships with 11 schools in the Greater Hartford area to encourage students to read. Our long-term vision is to provide Power Lunch to elementary school students and have those students become Readers as Leaders when they reach middle school.

Power Lunch is a read-aloud program in which adult volunteers from partnering corporations are paired with elementary school children. During lunch each week, Power Lunch "reading partners" share good books, good conversations, and good times.

Readers as Leaders is a leadership/reading enrichment program in which middle school students read to kindergarten students.
